" Quality by Design is very important in the pharmaceutical industry. From the very beginning only we have to maintain our quality of the product. This is because we are producing life saving drugs. Each tablet, vial, ampule, capsule,sachet, caplet,and so on.. represents a patient's life. We have to maintain the SISPQ (safety, Integrity, Strength, Purity and Quality) of the drug product. It is such that there is no question of the product meeting the necessary specification criteria irrespective of whether the product is tested at the end or not.
